About Us

Grad Charms began with a deeply personal story. In 2000, I lost my youngest brother, Wesley, in a tragic accident. He was only 19, and shortly after, we discovered his girlfriend was expecting their first child. My heart broke knowing this tiny life would never have her father’s presence at her side for those important milestones. In my grief, I created my first photo memorial keepsake, a piece that would carry his memory with her through every significant moment. This small act of remembrance became my way to help others carry the memory of loved ones close.

Over time, Grad Charms grew from that initial keepsake into a collection of custom graduation tassel charms, wedding bouquet charms, and other pieces designed to celebrate and honor the people who hold a special place in our lives.

In March 2024, Somer joined me on this journey. As a former customer with her own story of healing, she brought fresh perspective and dedication. Somer and and I have become a perfect team—pouring care into each charm we create, each memory we help preserve.
